Student Loan Debt Relief Supreme Court - According To The Supreme Court, Joe Biden's Student Loan Relief
Student Loan Debt Relief Supreme Court: The Supreme Court rejected President Joe Biden's massive student loan forgiveness scheme. Instead, the court said that it will hear complete oral arguments from all sides of the matter in February 2023 on an extraordinary basis. It will then deliver a final judgment, most likely in June, at the conclusion of the current term, according to its established processes
In view of the legal challenges that have delayed student loan forgiveness, the Biden administration extended the federal student loan payment freeze in November. Because of the delay, the pause will most likely terminate around the end of June, depending on when the courts make a final ruling on forgiveness.
